Bullocks go to the local
abbatoir. The sides are hung for 3 weeks before the beef is butchered and packed. We have fresh beef for sale every few weeks and freshly frozen beef availailable in-between. CHICKEN:
We have recently installed a Soil Association approved chicken processing unit, so that we can slaughter, dry pluck, hang and pack birds on the farm. We have fresh or
recently frozen chicken for sale most weeks. LAMB
Lambs also go to our local abbattoir and are available seasonally (May to October). RABBIT
We have large numbers of wild rabbit on the farm. HONEY:
We keep bees and the honey can be bought directly from the farm. EGGS are also available. PRICE LIST |
